How far do the credits go?
START's 4,200 credits buy ~2,100 proposals; LTD (large)'s 7,000 credits buy ~3,500. A steady campaign sending 10 proposals a day on workdays runs about 9 months on START and about 16 months on LTD (large), and most agencies pace slower and stretch it further. Because credits never expire, pausing for a month costs you nothing.
START or LTD (large) — which one is for me?
START is $1,697 for 4,200 credits on 1 profile, with AI support — it suits a solo freelancer or a small team bidding steadily. LTD (large) is $2,497 for 7,000 credits on 2 profiles, with human live-chat support and 30 days of a customer success manager to onboard you, and the lowest per-proposal price: ~$0.71 vs ~$0.81. Both are one payment, and the credits never expire.
What happens when the credits run out?
Your account stays alive and your campaigns simply pause. Top up with a refill pack whenever you like — packs are one-time purchases at the rates above, and pack credits never expire either.
Why is this cheaper than the monthly plans?
This is our new pricing. It's great to own something. Early buyers get the best per-proposal price we've ever offered: about $0.81 per proposal on START and $0.71 on LTD (large), vs roughly $3 on a quarterly plan.
Who can buy this?
Anyone — new and existing customers alike. One heads-up for existing customers: most of you are on older plans with unlimited freelancer seats, and the lifetime deals include 1 profile (START) or 2 profiles (LTD (large)), so they would restrict a big roster. For a big roster, book a call first. One deal covers one workspace.
What do I need on the Upwork side?
