Role Description:
We're on the lookout for a meticulous Manual QA and QC Specialist with a solid background in Tech Support and a knack for leveraging tools like Postman, Dev Tools, Upwork, APIs, MongoDB, and Retool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with development teams to comprehend software requirements and craft comprehensive test plans.
- Conduct thorough manual testing of front-end and back-end functionalities to uncover defects and ensure consistent performance.
- Perform rigorous regression testing and validate bug fixes, ensuring software releases meet our stringent quality standards.
- Document and report test results, defects, and issues using established QA and QC processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align software with business objectives and user expectations.
Skills you bring:
- Proven experience in manual testing of both front-end and back-end components of B2B SaaS applications.
- Solid background in Tech Support, adept at addressing issues and enhancing software quality.
- Proficiency in tools like Postman, Dev Tools, Upwork, APIs, MongoDB, and Retool for streamlined testing and collaboration.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying, documenting, and verifying software defects.
